But if for any reason there is an issue with it, we have flexible return options available to make sure your shopping experience with us is amazing! If you have changed your mind or have chosen the wrong size, we will happily offer store credit for the item/s so that you can pick something more suitable. In the case of faulty or incorrect items, we will gladly refund the method of payment used.
Payment for all Products must be made by credit or debit card via PayPal. Your order will not be dispatched until the funds have cleared through PayPal.
Returns are processed within five business days of receiving your items. All returns will be automatically processed for store credit; if an exchange is desired, you will need to place a new order using that store credit on our site. You will receive an email with details of the store credit once your return is processed.
If the item is deemed to be faulty or incorrectly sent, we will gladly refund your original method of payment.
For international returns, your items must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the item. Because of longer shipping times internationally, we do not include shipping in this 14 days' period, so you will have ample time to return your item. If a return is sent outside of this time frame, we will use our discretion as to whether we can make an exception in accepting it.
We offer returns on full-priced items. Returns must be sent back within 14 days of the customer receiving the item. If a return is sent outside of this time frame, we will use our discretion as to whether we can make an exception in accepting it; however, if we do accept a return that has been sent back outside of that timeframe, we will deduct 7 euro from the store credit issued to cover postage.
NOTE: For hygienic reasons, hosiery and earrings cannot be returned.

Items which are not received in their original condition as defined above will be held by us until either return postage is paid or another agreement is reached, so please take due care when trying on your order. In particular, take care not to get makeup/deodorant/perfume on the garment. In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and not negotiable.

Eg: Cindy Mayers buys a 70 Euros full price dress, but it is too small. She sends it back within 14 days. FASH'FOLIES GLAMOUR will credit her account with 70 euros to spend online on the same dress, or anything else that catches her eye!

We offer free international shipping for all orders over 60€. For orders under 60€, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of 7€. We use DHL Global Mail for standard international orders.
